On May 2018, I was appointed independent board member of Pirelli & C. S.p.A., member of the Committee for control, risk, sustainability and corporate governance and member of the Remuneration Committee.

I have received the International Prize Icaro Daunia, the Prize Argos Hippium and the special Prize Nicola Zingarelli. I have recently received the solemn commend from the Frigento municipality and the Silver Rose from the Troia municipality.

I was declared Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, and received  the Prize Guido Carli, bestowed under the High Patronage of the President of the Republic.

I translated into Italian the book Jugaad Innovation in 2014, and Frugal Innovation in autumn 2016. Both books were published by Rubbettino Editore.
